Please help bail out my small business

I need YOUR help. I would not be asking if I thought I had other options. For 25 years, I have published a small specialty magazine that serves an important and needed niche in the dive industry. I am very proud that most of those 25 years, we were debt-free. Then my health went sour. For the past few years my company has struggled for several reasons, but primarily because I have not been able to work due to my illnesses, so I am turning to you for help.
